About the Book
Landscapes of Scotland is a collection of photographs taken over several years across the wonderful mountains, coast, farmland and forests in this beautiful country.
From the rolling fields of Lothian and
Aberdeenshire to the high tops of the Cairngorms and mountains of the west coast, in sun, cloud and rain, there is endless variety of light and mood. The coastal scenery is no less diverse, from storm lashed cliffs to idyllic white sands, and a superb variety of eroded rocks and geological formations.
The photographs in this book aim to give a taste of this great scenery and capture some of its moods.
The book is a large (12" square) 160 page edition with over 270 photographs and printed on premium 100g silk-finish paper, the highest quality available.
I can confirm that my copy (printed in the Netherlands) is very accurate to the original colours, saturation and image density and the book looks great.
I am an Edinburgh -based photographer in Scotland where most of my pictures are taken. My favourite subjects are landscape, nature and abstracts I also love travelling, preferably in the more mountainous regions of the world by foot or bicycle, and you will see some of my images on my web site.
