Anthony is a qualified and certified Yoga teacher in the Hatha tradition. His style is based upon the ancient yogic teachings fused with ‘authentic movement” and incorporating energy channel techniques to permit the dialogue of the mind body and spirit to arise and flow from within. He was raised in the North of England and has lived in Europe the USA and ASIA. Anthony currently lives a blessed life and teaches in Tinley Park Illinois, where he and his Partner Mary McGrath have very active practices, committed to the advancement of non-invasive healing techniques. Anthony also teaches in Maui, San Diego and Bali where he leads frequent yoga retreats.
