The recipes come directly from the individual countries, with no North American influence! Each recipe is accompanied by a full page coloured photo as well as a brief summary of the history of food in the country of origin.
I love cooking and wanted to share some special international recipes with others. I believe it is important to have a diversity of culture in our everyday lives and I hope this book will be able to allow that to happen.
