Cornerstone Community Church in Chowchilla, California presents this photographic memento of its annual Traveling Nativity. The live experience is an outdoor event where guests travel through the nativity story on hay wagons. Narrators guide each group through the many stops, each representing a facet of the events leading to the birth of Christ. Guests experience the story and interact with the performers along the way. Prophets of the old testament, Caesar Augustus and the Roman soldiers, shepherds and angels, wise men, Mary, Joseph an the Nativity scene are all brought to life before visitors' eyes. The experience features the talents of over a hundred cast and crew, as well as live animals including sheep, goats, donkeys, llamas and camels.
