This book is a snapshot from Window on the World® Photo Library, a collection of my photographs built up over the last 30 years. For me there is virtually nothing that is not worth photographing from fish markets, graveyards, sunsets, landscapes, seascapes, customs costumes, architecture to just that which can be labeled serendipity.
The layout has loose themes or comparisons to give a moderate structure to the book but it is intended as an invitation to share in some of the places I have been with my camera.
Most of the images in the book were shot on medium format cameras with transparency film to obtain the highest quality resolution for printing. I now use digital cameras as the resolution has reached the point where they provide a suitable alternative to film.
