"Birds of Toronto" is a fine art photography book and contains photographs taken during the spring, summer and fall of 2009. The photograph were taken from various Greater Toronto-area locations, like High Park, Cranberry Marsh, Leslie Spit, Brickworks and the Don River.
Each photograph includes the bird's identification, including its Latin name, and some brief facts about each bird.
"Birds of Toronto" makes a great coffee-table book.
My love of food started at an early age by helping my mom in the kitchen and my dad in the garden. I love to try interesting and extravagant foods and especially love exploring new ethinic cuisines. This deep rooted love and understanding of food is behind every photograph that I take. As a photographer, I combine my fondness of food with my fascination with interesting locales and backgrounds to produce creative images. I love to visit my clients' restaurants to photograph their dishes in a complimentary atmosphere. Whether on location or in the studio, I strive to create images that draw the viewer into the image and make them feel like they could sit right down and take a bite. When I'm not shooting food I love to spend time discovering my own city in new and exciting ways. I'm an avid birder and love the challenge of finding and photographing different bird species.
