Chris Twomey's lush photographic diptych's and triptych's along with a narrative text tells the intimate story of a three month period of time after Twomey's serious medical diagnosis. This story covers many poignant issues addressing mortality, children, life and legacy, making it a story relevant to all.
The $2.00 profit per book will be put into to a trust for Twomey's children.

About the Creator
www.christwomey.com (http://www.christwomey.com) Chris Twomey is an artist living in New York. Awards include a Ford grant, CAPS, the Kitchen Center, and Experimental TV grant and American Film Institute Directing Internship. Recent 2009 exhibitions include BRIDGE ART FAIR, Miami and New York, EXPOSED at Creon Gallery, and SLOW NEWS INTERNATIONAL at Marks Garage in Hawaii. Her work has been reviewed in "Art in America," “The Scientist” “Art and Science Collaborations, Inc.” and NYArts Magazine. Since 1999, Twomey has exhibited widely in group art exhibitions around the USA and has work in the permanent collection of the Museum of New Art, Detroit, Rhizome Artbase, and other private collections. Prior to 1999, Twomey originated an art performance group called “Performance People" and worked in film/TV. Twomey attended Reed College, received a BFA with honors from Ramapo College, NJ, and MFA in “New Forms,” at Pratt Institute,NY.
