Big, beautiful pictures of little, everyday bugs. The pictures alone would make the book worth purchase. But the author's explanations of how he makes his photographs, told in down-to-earth language with a hint of dry wit, is what really makes the book.
I look forward to the next book John publishes.

An excellent book of beautiful images and tips from a master of the single frame extreme macro who can impart his know-how in a concise and easily understood form. Simply wonderful.
