The book contains over 70 full page macro images. All these photographs have been
taken in our garden over the last couple of years. I tried to include an interesting and varied selection of photos in the book and many others were left out - maybe for a second book later.

When we moved to our new home in Nova Scotia over ten years ago, the lot was a clay wasteland after the builders left. Our garden now has over 400 different species of plants, and several different garden designs. We have rock gardens, a moss garden, a woodland area with shade lovers, sun loving plants in the front yard. It is a lot of work to keep them in
good shape, so the garden keeps us busy rain or shine. As a photographer, our garden captured my imagination and keeps inspiring me to take better photos.
