STU9000,I'm happy to say that Joyce is still with us (though in poor health) Hi stu9000, I'm happy to say that Joyce is still with us ( though in poor health) I would be glad to pass on any request if you would like to contact me via e-mail
Hi. I'm looking to get in touch with the copyright holder of Joyce Edward's photography as I would like to use some of it, as a template which I would like to vectorise. Would I be correct in assuming that she has now passed? I can't find her anywhere on the internet. Can anyone help?
Have just come across this beautiful book. Very nostalgic. I hadn't seen the photograph of myself in the book since the 70s It was taken when I was living in a squat on Albany St, NI, in a house belonging to the Crown Properties, no less. Those were the days of Tolmers Square, Centrerpoint. We set up a group called the Cambridge Terrace and Albany Road Action group and produced plans for a community of artists workshops and reasonably priced accommodation in opposition to the Crown Property's plans for expensive homes. The Crown won, of course, but we at least forced it to a planning appeal. Happy Days !
Thats correct ,I was happy to edit and prepare Joyce's work for this publication. Bob
Fascinating work. presumably you curated the work on behalf of Joyce Edwards?
i lived in london in early 70's...granted i was 10...but your work just brought it all back to me. good luck in the competiton.cat
very nice pictures, athmosfere, makes me wonder what became of these counterculture people, were they living together in those days, a commune? ( the text was too small on the screen, could't read it), compliments, Albert Vondeling, Holland.
