"In the shortness of a Breath... A Haiku Journey" is based upon an article that I had written and had published in the Journal of Outdoor Education in 1984. That article became the background material for slide presentations on haiku the poetry of nature. Theses presentations, the latest presented at the prestigious arts club, The Cliff Dwellers, in Chicago, became the seedling idea of the creation of the book form.
