Fallujah, Karbala, Baghdad, Al Basrah and Kirkuk are the five separate chapters that make up Andreas Schmidt's book "IRAQ 9/19".

Photographed from a tour bus on a single day in September 2009, one hundred and fortyfour sumptuous panoramic pictures document construction projects on a colossal scale.

Published on the 3rd of February 2010, only days after Tony Blair's questioning by Sir John Chilcot during the Iraq inquiry, the book examines British lead building schemes following the aftermath of the 2003 Iraq war.
