A New Mexico transplant, I am originally from the East Coast. Married to a New Mexico native for 38 years, we now permanently reside in the beautiful Land of Enchantment. Many years ago, I founded and operated a company that made specialty New Mexican foods. At that time, I published a NM cookbook, which is now out of print. Since I am an avid photographer, chronicling our adventures, it made sense to combine my photos with our delicious recipes. My husband loves to fly-fish, so we get around to some places with spectacular scenery! I hope you enjoy seeing and tasting a part of my world!
