Every year in mid April classic yachts from around the globe converge on Antigua for the Classic Yacht Regatta. During the week long challenge, yacht and crew test build and skill on courses laid out eastward and westward of Falmouth Harbour.

It is a spectacle truly like no other as sun, sea and land combine to provide the most picturesque tropical backdrop for the largest and best classic regatta in the world.

This publication features sailing yachts of the Antigua Classic Yacht Regattas of 2005, 2007,2008 and 2009.

Joseph Jones is one of Antigua's leading photographers. He is a self taught native son who's compelling, eloquent images capture the diversity, spirit and color of island life in Antigua and Barbuda Joseph's clientele is as diverse as his repertoire and his work has been published widely from European magazines covers to the pages of Caribbean school texts, from calendars to books, annual reports to billboards. In 2005 Joseph held an exhibition of Antiguan landscape images to celebrate the island's 25th Anniversary of Independence. Prints from this body of work grace walls as far away as China and South America. Joseph was commissioned to provide the photo wall murals that decorate the V. C. Bird International Airport.
