I love looking at architecture. Photography forces me to examine the details that express the nature of a building. When I see something I like, I spontaneously grab it. This allows me to savor the experience a little longer. I share this passion for architecture with Peter Swanson and together we take trips we've nick-named "architreks."
Many of the building in this book are well-documented so I tried to discover elements that might not be obvious or are overlooked. "Architreks" is a collection of architectural abstractions that documents my personal experiences.
Bob Gregson is an artist who uses architecture as an element in his playful installations and projects. His work encourages interaction and participation – and his love of architecture is expressed in his photographs.
