About the Creator
LInda Dorman, Tom Torluemke Studio
Dyer, IN
Linda Dorman has dedicated her career to visual art and supporting artists through various projects. She received her BA in Photography from Columbia College, Chicago. During the course of her art career, she has been a photographer and photo researcher at the Field Museum in Chicago; Director of Exhibits and Artists Services at the Northern Indiana Arts Association in Munster, Indiana; Lead Curator for the Chicago in the Year 2000 documentary photography project; and Co-Owner and Gallery Director of Uncle Freddy’s Gallery in Hammond/Highland, Indiana. She is currently Studio Manager for Tom Torluemke Studio. During her 20 years of experience working with artists, she has organized and curated more than 150 exhibits.
