Jean-Claude Winkler is an award winning photographer based in London, England. Eventhough Winkler is most of the time busy shooting for advertising and editorial clients he managed in summer 2007 to take aroad trip from the west- to east coast of the USA. This book shows parts of the series " Rest Areas" taken at breath taking locations like the salt lakes, in volcanic landscapes, ghost towns or deserts, all in the USA.
