Volume 2 of an ongoing series of photographic studies and compositions found in the natural world. The selected images range across many diverse ecosystems, from forest, mountaintop, desert, tide pool, and sea. They represent the culmination of over four years of work and travel to natural settings all across the country, but primarily along California, US. The images pair similar compositions as a way of exploring the inherent and inner dynamics of spacial, abstract organization in nature. 2009 (120 pages, color and b/w)

About the Artist:
Justyn Zolli (b. 1974) is a Visual Artist based in northern California.
In addition to photography, Justyn's art practice encompasses abstract painting, drawing, printmaking, murals, architectural art glass, and furniture design. He studied at Rhode Island School of Design (RI), Massachusetts College of Art (MA) and holds a BFA from The Museum School, Boston/Tufts University (MA). He has exhibited his artwork in New York, Boston, San Francisco, and Yosemite, California.
He most recently completed three large history murals for the new Visitor Center of the San Francisco Maritime National Park, open to the public in august 2010.
