Angela Nydegger has nailed parenthood right on the head. I especially love the pictures of the mother with the baby on her hip. As if to say, "Get up and get ready! I've got better things to do here." She explains the "cowboy up" concept in a fun, entertaining way that children can understand. I also love the dramatic facial expressions the boy is pulling in the illustrations. I remember my children poking out their bottom lip while trying to look pathetic so they could get out of their responsibilities!" Dan E. Howard - Retired Special Education Teacher
I have been playing the piano since I was 7. Thanks to my amazing teacher, my grandmother, Helen Howard. I have to express my gratutude and love for her. "Thank you for believing in me and for always telling me I was special. I still love and miss you!" I have been writing songs since I was 13. I have now written around 40 songs and poems. I've gotten a lot of painful moments out in my writing, as well as shared my many joys. I hope that my songs and poems will entertain, uplift and inspire my friends and loved ones.
