Click to preview In Their Footsteps photo book

This book is the follow up to the original "In Their Footsteps." More pics and more information. With a recent trip, I found some more obscure locations to add to the book. In addition, I now have the GPS coordinates for the Perryville, KY battlefield. Hopefully this will become a good "backpack book," or something to put on the table that gets people's attention. Either way, if you are a Civil War buff, this will be an enjoyable visit through pictures.

My apologies for not responding much earlier. Vallain, I hope your adventures bring you to Indiana. There is a great deal to see in regards to the Civil War. Following John Hunt Morgan's path is interesting as well as visiting the many reenactments throughout the state. Good luck on your research.

I enjoyed your photos of Civil War sites. In trying to trace my great-great grandfather's participation in the Civil War, I've visited Vicksburg and Andersonville Prison. Still lots to research before it becomes a book on Blurb.
He was in Company G, 93rd Indiana Infantry. Abraham Bates Tower was his name. I hope to visit Brice's Crossroads and maybe some Indiana sites next fall. Virginia Allain

Thank you sir :) I hope these pics and the GPS coordinates make studying the Civil War a lot more interesting. I will use a lot of these for the club. Maybe you can start your book this April when we all hopefully go to Gettysburg.
