About the Book
Arf! Arf! Arf! Bilal dreamed those sounds and the images they evoked day in and day out. He wanted a pet. Many of his friends in his neighborhood and even his teacher at school have this pet. His parents are torn with making a decision that will render him happy but may not follow the guidelines of their religion. How do they solve this conflict? This story explores some of the problems Muslim families face living in a non-Muslim environment and offers some solutions.
