It is often said that a picture is worth a thousand words. An image can convey thoughts, feelings, or ideas; achieving something words alone sometimes cannot.
Included within Imprint: Men As Friends are 130 pages of original photographs from 1850 to 1950, depicting men as they relate to other men.
Men As Friends is the first in a new series of Imprint books by author and artist Michael H. Mayer. The word imprint can be defined as the ability to make a firm impression; especially upon the mind. It is the author's goal to have the visual material presented stand alone and speak for itself to each viewer.
