San Francisco Streets, Volume 3 contains
photography of graffiti murals from “The Tracks”.
The location is at the entrance to the Caltrain
tunnel off Mariposa and 17th Streets in the
Mission Bay — Potrero Hill neighborhoods,
San Francisco.
These photos were taken August 3rd, 2009.
For the most part everything you see here has
been painted over.

in europe "tags" are illegal and can lead to prison sentences .. on the other hand the artist banksy has an international reputation .. it is possible for these people do get respectable jobs decorating cars and vans for a living ... it is not even clear what the issues are .. maybe urban boredom, anonymity, teenagers wanting to irritate the forces of law and order, genuine artistic talent ...
