About the Book
This book was created for my Eighth Grade Project at Seabury Hall Middle School on Maui.
It was a ton of work and took me about three months. I had a lot of fun, because I actually had to do my research by getting into the waves.
I wrote this book for both local bodyboarders, and visiting tourists who are not quite used to our powerful Hawaiian waves. During the project, I realized that ocean safety is the most important thing.
The Pacific ocean is my playground. Enjoy my very first book!
Aloha,
Jay Braun, Jr.
