The path of self knowledge is a path one walks in continuous self examination. Seeking the true nature of ones being, discovering it and living from that discovery is difficult task. Even more so for the young inner city dweller raised in the chaos of a society that rewards narcissistic attitudes and pursuits.
Rich with urban insight and metaphor, the poetry and prose in LoneGunMan speaks to the process of recognizing and removing oneself from the chaos, turning the attention inward and finding ones personal space and essence. Where discoveries and doubts are addressed and deeper understandings are in grasp.
