About the Book
I believe anyone can cook at home and produce restaurant style food, without breaking the bank. I have made all of these recipes whilst thoroughly enjoying testing my own cooking skills. With the right ingredients you can turn any dish around and give it a wow factor. I did learn a lot off my mum and dad who have both in the past helped and shown me the way in the world of fine dining. So enjoy cooking and remember even the best don’t always get it right!
Photography has always been a passion of mine. I have really enjoyed doing this project and have learnt a lot about the challenges of food photography. I find food photography interesting because everything is different, you can very rarely make a dish look exactly the same each time it is cooked.
