Through the Eyes of Lewis and Clark ~ Wild Animals of the Northwest Passage, reveals Mr. Kaczmarek’s unique vision of nature and wildlife. He chronicles the pictorial history of the animals that Lewis and Clark and the Corps of Discovery would have seen in pursuit of the Northwest Passage, through the Louisiana Territory. Lewis and Clark documented through their written journals the stories of their encounters with wild animals and their observations of herds of wild animals roaming the western United States in the beginning of the 19th century. The expedition exerts a powerful hold on the American imagination. No exploring party is more famous, no expedition leaders more recognizable.

I would also like to add the my favorite picture would have to be the Yellow-Bellied Marmot. The picture makes the marmot look poised and real. Not to mention the cutest thing on earth.
However, all the pictures were extremely well-taken. The landscape pictures were breath-taking.
Great work.
