This book is a photographic record of a wood sample collection of the woods that are native to, or grow in South Florida.
The woods were selected for inclusion in this collection primarily because they are of interest to woodturners.
We like these particular woods because they grow to a size that can be made into bowls, vases, and other interesting shapes. The samples were collected by many members of the South Florida Woodturners Guild.
