Leapfest 27: An International Parachute Competition captures the action of the largest continuously conducted parachute competition in the world. In 2009, over 325 paratroopers representing nine countries participated in this day-long event which takes place in early August in southern Rhode Island.

In action-oriented full-color photos and informative text, the 48-page book highlights all the significant aspects of the competition in a way that few see them. The book is available in softcover and hardcover versions.

Rhode Island-based photographers Paul M. Murray and Emily A. Rutherford authored the book with the review support of Beth Ann Murray.
