About the Creator
Author/Photographer- Debbie Shiffer-Mauss is a Registered Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with both a BS and a BA degree. Debbie’s favorite job is being mom to her two children. She enjoys writing poetry, tromping through nature, and doesn’t go anywhere without her camera. She has never met an adventure she didn’t like. Author- Bonnie Sue Powell is a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing in Orange County, California. She graduated from UCI in psychology, followed by a Master's degree in marriage and family counseling from Chapman University. She is currently finishing her PsyD at the Chicago School of Psychology with a dissertation remaining. Bonnie Sue was married to David Powell for almost 50 years when he passed away suddenly. She has five grown children and twenty-one grandchildren. She, also, writes children’s books and inspirational poetry about nature.
