Carly, I love this book. I have shown it to everyone who has set foot in my house since it arrived and all say how much they like it. Hope that means you've sold lots of copies :-)
For anyone reading this, BUY IT - you will love it!

I got told off by a policeman for taking a picture of a postbox, I'm glad you got away with it. According to the copper there is the terrorism act to contend with when you out taking photographs. Hmmm Bristol must be more laid back than London. That said. Inspired work & book. Superbly graphical. I am so glad to have this opportunity to vote for you.

The cover is so eyecatching that alone should sell the book.

Take a trip through the odder side of Bristol. The postbox portraits are sometimes quaint, always quirky and capture one of the UK's most overlooked and under-appreciated landmark pieces as you've never seen them before.
It's a book that once you've bought it you'll keep coming back to it for one more look, and each time you'll find a new favourite (mine's currently the little fella from the Clangers). Keep it on the coffee table or within easy reach to entertain and delight your friends.
Well done Miss Mouse - well worth all the effort you've put into the concept, costumes and final compilation.

Well now, what can I say? This slim volume of mail-related excess arrived last week and immediately invited me to tear the cover off and dive in! It's a cornucopia of colour, mostly BS538 Post Office Red, but with plenty of others too, combined with stylish, enticing photography that raises the humble British letter box, icon of our streets, beloved of the masses, to the stratospheric levels of High Art with two capital letters!
I simply cannot recommend this book enough, every creative photographer should have one, as should every art student and every post box anorak. Go on, buy one! You will not be dissappointed.

An idea so crazy you just gotta love it. Enough imagination and fresh thinking has gone into this book to keep you entertained, amused and surprised with every page turn.

Ordinarily you wouldn't expect a book containing page after page of post boxes to hold your interest but here we have a logic defying piece of work that makes you want to return to the age of snail mail in the hopes that you'll meet some of the eccentric characters that appear in each photo.
It makes me want to douse myself in toxic waste so I can give it four thumbs up but till then I'll make do with the two :o)
