The Ugly Side of Me'. We all have a side of our mind that remains hidden. Something that we do not want to be on show, we put on a facade in public, we do our best to keep it from view. Something perverse, something violent, something dangerous. What happens when we are no longer able to hide this side, what happens when our uglyness becomes a spectacle, when it emerges from us against our own will. What happens when mental illness opens this side of our mind and exposes it to all.
Something raw and uncompromising, beautiful and poignant. The ugly side of me.
