Tom, Karen and Alice borrow their school's time machine and travel back in time to fix past mistakes. Will they be successful, or will their missions result in disaster?
Issues such as the Holocaust, pollution, civil rights and alcoholism are addressed in this thought-provoking -- yet entertaining -- novel written by first-time author Maddy Sangma, a 5th grader from Minnesota. Sangma's book will appeal to adults, as well as young readers.
The 2nd book in Sangma's "Time Tripping" series is due out late Summer 2010.

This is an incredible book! You will not be able to put it down. Heavy topics such as civil rights and the Holocaust are discussed in an age-appropriate manner. It's not often you find a book that is both entertaining and educational. Time Tripping has a "The Magic Treehouse" vibe -- school-age children travel through time to make the world a better place. This book is well worth the price, and I can't wait to read the 2nd book in the series!
