If you ever wanted to build your own West Greenland kayak - one built around your own personal dimensions - but are not sure what to expect, then I invite you to take a journey with me. It was my first time, too. This is not a complete how-to manual, but more about the experience of discovery and beauty in creating this watercraft. This book will show you, through color photography, loads of details during the construction process. Blending my attraction to water and working with wood made this project a dream come true. Building and learning in unison with my friend made this a truly enjoyable adventure in creativity. I hope you find inspiration and enjoyment as you relive our journey throughout these pages.
