Not a cookery book in the conventional way, more of a record of the teaching sessions undertaken in my cookery club. The recipes are based on the teaching aspect, techniques and presentation taught. Simple ways are explained, which amateurs may not be aware of and useful hints given, that can be easily followed in the home enviroment.
This book tries to eliminate the fears of using unusual ingredients and broaden the outlook of what can be achieved in the everyday kitchen to impress even more, when you invite friends for a dinner party in your home.
