The last polaroids of Dublin highlights the quirky and sometimes hidden gems that are found in every city. You just need to take time to stop, look around, point, shoot and repeat.

These photos were taken around Dublin, Ireland in 2009/2010 using a one600 polaroid camera with 600 polaroid instant film.

Polaroid ceased production of instant film in 2008. as of october 2009 all remaining film stock is past its 'use by' date. A replacement film was launched in 2010 by the impossible project. This film however is not manufactured by polaroid and does not produce the traditional polaroid photographs that we know and love.

All of the images were shot using film that was out of date. The photos have not been digitally enhanced other than being scanned.
