About the Book
This photographic book contains photographs of the terrain of the Devils River State Natural Area and 4,000 year old pictographs of two Rock Art Shelters located within this pristine 20,000 acre preserve located in Val Verde County, Texas. This is located in a very remote area 22 miles down the dirt Dolan Creek Road that begins approximately 27 miles north of Del Rio, Texas off Hiway 277. Access is very limited and requires permission and a tour guide. These photographs were taken on a tour with the Texas Rock Art Foundation in early May 2010
