This is a compilation of our famiy trees. Over 2500 family members and covering over 400 years, This book covers the Halls, Timberlakes, Wright, Sheltons, Harolds, Myricks, Moores, Adkins , Carrs, Hornsbys and many, many more.
I have spent ;my life making and remaking things. Whether it is a doll, a painting or restoring antique cars or furniture. At this point in my life, I enjoy my heritage. I have been working on our genealogy for over 12 years now and do research for others as well. I make and teach the art of making Pine Needle Baskets and many other Traditional native American Crafts . We have to know where we have been in order to know where we are going. I am married with five children and 10 grandchildren. I have my own tribe. The Clan Hall-Adkins.

Congratulations on publishing your book! I grew up researching our family history with my mom -- first my Dad's family (German Mennonites in Pennsylvania and Ohio), then my Mom's side (German/Irish Kentucky hillfolk). She traced our roots to 1502 and traveled to Germany several times. I particularly love the photos of your ancestral home -- reminds me of Kentucky. I know what work, patience and dedication goes into this -- so congratulations! Imagine, your descendants 100+ years from now will be reading and using your book as a research tool. ;) Please consider registering/placing a copy in the Library of Congress.
