A product promotion book for "Heavenly Balls®" - a delicious Passover confection.
While preparing a traditional Passover meal in 2003, Laurie Weil scoured her Jewish cookbooks and the internet for a new dessert. She was particularly looking for one that did not call for matzo meal, which tends to make many dishes taste like cardboard (which, of course, may be the point).
The result was Heavenly Balls®, made with a variety of dried fruits (and other secret ingredients), rolled in cinnamon - or surrounded with chocolate.
