On Memorial Day 2010, Haynes Alvis attended a service at Spruce Pine Grove Baptist Church in Mooresburg, TN. At the service, Haynes saw a hand-made flag with the names of all members of the church who had served during WWII.

This book was conceived as a project to preserve photos of veterans of First Baptist Church Rogersville, TN. Haynes asked for people to donate photos to commemorate the past & present military service of FBC members.

This commemorative book, SERVING WITH HONOR, is the response to our requests.
