A very encouraging and inspiring teacher, Ann is eager to share her experience with her students.
Ann paints in a lovely studio at home in Maplewood, Minnesota where she lives with her husband, Mark, and Lulu the dog in a pretty yellow house surrounded by flowers.

What a lovely book! I lived in Minnesota most of my life, and now I live on the west coast. This book not only reminded me to appreciate what God has done--it made me feel like I had taken a short trip home! The paintings speak of the places I love.

To anyone pondering purchasing this book; DO! It's lovely online but even more beautiful in your hands. I saw it at the Ann Tristani art exhibit last week. A perfect hostess gift, stocking stuffer or a little something very special for someone very special! What makes this book so unique? The writer is also the artist. All the artwork in the book is from the artist's original paintings. Lovely, lovely!
