About the Book
This biography is about my Dad, Siu Kit Wah B.E.M.(蕭傑華), through the eyes of his growing son in Colonial time. He went on to serve 4 governors, from Sir David Trench to Lord David Wilson. He prepared everything from finger food to dinner parties for the Kings and Queens and many foreign dignitaries in a time span of more than 30 years. There were stressful moments and interesting anecdotes. I thought it would be nice to tell his stories so that the grandchildren and their progenies would get to know this gentle chef.

I would like to describe myself as an accidental writer and believe I have written more business plans than essays and novels. I write sporadically for leisure and it is more for fun and should not be taken seriously.
