On April 27th 2010 a rotted tree had to come down. When the log exploded onto the ground out popped a nest of baby starlings. This is the story of their rescue, rehabilitation, and release. Keep in mind that all baby animals belong in the wild and should never be taken in, unless absolutely necessary. Always contact the local conservation department first, to see if a certified rehabilitation expert exists in your area.
