This is the first Policy Police story. It was originally published electronically for a select band of colleagues between November 2008 and July 2009. This is a second edition with some changes, mainly to font size to make it consistent with the upcoming volume 2.

The story is a slightly satirical fantasy set in the near future, and follows our heroes as they struggle with the workings of the bureaucratic state machine. If you work in one of these places maybe you'll recognise some of the madness I'm trying to poke fun at.
