This is the second Policy Police story. It was originally published electronically between September 2009 and July 2010.

Here Gosman and the Kid get to work on delivering the consultation process for a new policy.

The story is a slightly satirical fantasy about the workings of the bureaucratic state machine. It's dirty work, but somebody has to do it.

Also included here is a bonus feature focusing on some kids who walked past in the background of the main story.
