I asked my daughter (8yrs) if she liked this story and she said yes, so I asked her to write down basically what she liked about it. Here is what she wrote, " I liked the story of the lighthouse because Harriet the little girl had a horse called Forest. AT the beginning she lived with her mum and dad & her baby sister Daisy. Mum and Dad worked in a factory and it went on fire and they died, so Daisy and Rosa went to live in Spain and Harriet went to live with her Uncle Boris. And they had loads of fun and that is why i liked the story!"
