I suppose it is always difficult to deal with such a delicate subject artistically.
These pictures in conjunction with their simplification and emptiness reflect truly my view that day.

The volitional reduction intends to put the viewer in a position to reflect on the horrible history of this place.
With this book I don't want to clarify or document what is already well documented but to give a thought-provoking impulse.

I hope this might help to describe my intention. Please excuse me if my english is not accurate.
