The World Journey of Smiles: 25 Countries to Celebrate 25 Years

In November 2007, Operation Smile conducted 40 simultaneous missions in 25 countries. During these medical missions, more than 4,000 children with facial deformities were given new smiles and new lives.

These are the photos and stories of the children and families whose lives were transformed by the Operation Smile Volunteer Medical Mission in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
