About the Book
The images and symbols of the Tarot tradition have a rich and ancient history. Over the centuries artists have been inspired to create variations leading to an evolution of the Tarot through thousands of interpretations of the card decks. Iíve also been inspired by these images and recently aimed my camera toward my own photographic interpretations of the Tarot.
This series attempts to deconstruct the symbol systems of the Tarot in an effort understand the evolution of meaning attached to these images. For those who believe in the mysteries of the Tarot they contain personality and attempt divination at the heart of each image. Combined they become a secret language and form of expression uniquely their own.
I am proud to present to you the beginnings of my attempt to complete the 78-card series and publish a unique tarot collection.
