Food that is high on flavor and low on time required to prepare. These recipes are all tried and tested in my kitchen by the bay. It's where magic happens in and out of the kitchen. It's about creating your own great food memories and traditions.

I am a veteran of the fashion industry. Work allowed me the opportunity to travel abroad frequently, allowing me to gather food memories and recipes. In 2007 I purchased By The Bay on the Long Island Sound and stepped out of the pantry so to speak for my passion for food. During the week I continue to be a fashion warrior in Manhattan and a weekend goddess on Long Island. Weekends are spent By The Bay cooking, writing and photographing food with friends and family.
